      • Terrible work planning . Usually if you have an appointment for a service they will not start working on your truck in time, and it is likely that no one has started to repair it at the appointed time when the truck should be ready. very often you have to wait in the empty no matter what you need. Very poor work planning. Company management should pay attention to this, you are losing customers. What is reason make appointment if appointment not working in time
