We have used them in the past and nothing special. What really grinds my gears is that someone rented a vehicle from them and got it stuck on our road and left it and went home. Called uhaul and their solution was to call the police. Told the man working at uhaul 3 times the police cant get it towed when there is no crime committed, and tow truck companies wont tow it if it doesnt belong to me. Told him the request needs to come from him. He said that its not his problem and the renter of the vehicle has it for several more weeks and to contact him. I told him I dont know who owns it and he said again not his problem call the police when I have already said that doesnt work?? Dont rent from this business, they dont care about what people do with their vehicles, dont care that Im stuck in my house now. Never renting from here again.
