My best shopping experience in a long time. Isabela Hicks was working the change room and went over and above to help me find what I was looking for. She knew the products and was able to provide excellent guidance. I will definitely be back!!

Hi , I was so tired of not finding a good quality underwear that would make me feel comfortable BUT at the same time pretty! Im here traveling and here I go to another ladies store Aerie Outlet and to my surprise this sweetheart girl and very professional Isabela Hicks, approach me and with a so tender smile and lots of patience understood exactly what I needed. I purchased not one but two bras. Im so grateful ( I need to let my sisters and friends know about her and to come to this store as soon as possible ) thanks a million!

I went to this store earlier this week and I will NEVER be going back. The store was very dirty (there were chunks of dust on the ground in the change room!!!), and it looked like someone just threw the clothes on the tables. I struggled finding my size because they only had XS or XL, and there were no employees willing to help me. ALL of the employees were sitting by the checkout area talking instead of helping me and their other customers. When I asked for help the girl said "if you couldn't find it then we don't have it". This was very rude, I do NOT recommend going there!!
