I am consistently in awe of what a welcoming and inclusive community the Practice has fostered at their studio. Laura and Amy have done such a great job of giving their members options to make their movement practice whatever they want it to be-- whether you're sweating it out at 6:30 am with Laura or reconnecting with yourself through a Restore class with Amy. The Practice truly "practices" what they preach and ensures that anybody, and any body, is welcome at their studio. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have belonged to roughly 10 athletic facilities over the years and The Practice by far exceeds any of them from the moment you walk thru the door, in countless ways from the beautiful boutique where I have bought so many great gifts and treats for myself to the coziest of spaces, the environment could not be more accommodating and collaborative, I highly recommend checking it out, you will not be disappointed!
