Digby, Nova Scotia Terminal

A great way to get to Halifax NS from Saint John NB it's fun to travel on it was a very nice trip across the Bay of Fundy if you like the ocean you're going to love traveling on this fary/ship I would recommend this to anyone looking to get from Saint John NB to Halifax NS good food nice lounge good look out vary professional and friendly love my experience with this service had a great time and saved hours driving all the way around to get to Halifax NS

Best way to travel Nova Scotia to New Brunswick. Save me a lot of time and I enjoyed the beautiful view of Bay of Fundy. Great restaurant inside also.

The best and the worst customer service. Reserved online with their "Call Center" as required for a travel trailer. Long story short, when I arrived at the gate I was charged roughly 300% what I was quoted and paid online. HOWEVER, the lady at the gate told me to contact a number on the receipt. WOW! I was contacted a couple of times on the ride and the representative stayed on top of the situation! Not only was I refunded the cost over what I was quoted but the balance of the trip cost as well. I WAS ALSO ASSURED THAT THIS OCCURRENCE WAS BEING USED TO TRAIN AND IMPROVE! This company has certainly impressed me turning what could have been a regretful experience into a pleasant surprise. Great job Bay Ferries!

Friendly staff. Easily navigable. Not many services available in the terminal. If you want to eat, do so before going to the terminal or wait to eat on the ferry.

Very easy terminal to find...signage on roads lead you right to it...very friendly staff and ferry is beautiful inside and very comfortable seating
