First time I brought in an expensive watch for a new battery, they could not get the back on and so had to wait a week until the guy arrived from the store in Annapolis Royal. When I walked into the store with my mask on, I was told to use the hand sanitizer. As we were looking at their very limited selection of watch straps, a lady entered the store (who they knew by name), without a mask or asked to use the hand sanitizer. Since I didnt want to create problems, I left it alone. I needed a watch strap for my everyday watch. I selected one but it was too large and settled for another. Although it was the correct size, they could not make it fit. The man from Annapolis Royal came that afternoon and attached one from his store. The watch case is polished silver and the strap they put on is brushed silver. The strap was only $20 but without asking or telling me, they installed two new pins at $10.00 each. On top of that they did not measure the strap to the original and its way too big for my wrist. What a waste of money and my time. My experience with this establishment has been dismal. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

I had my watch in for a new battery. It was fixed as it needed some soldering done. However I never received a call about the charge and it turned out to cost 75 dollars inc taxes. I have had it back for a week and guess what, iit is broken again. I would have bought another watch if I had known how expensive this has been. I will now go to Yarmouth to get repairs in the future.
