Unfortunately this rating is a 1star. I really dont like giving 1 but view this photo and you decide what rating you would give. The etching is B R U T A L. (If the photo does not appear, I will find a way to do so)I will add more photos of what has taken place since but i am hoping i dont have to add them. I am STILL waiting since Feb 22, 2023, for the manager to return my call. So this is review #1. Review #2: I received 2 sets of Puck lenses in the mail to replace the poorly grind lenses, in 2022. Finally after speaking to a manager (and a GM) I am advised to email the owners in my quest for a full refund because the Elmsdale (location of purchase) can not do so. Review #3; After further communications from the VP of Operations, this issue has still not been resolved. My update is, after speaking to a well-respected person of this community I am taking this matter to small claims court!! An update to whats been happening since my last #3 review. Ive had no return reply after my last update. If the Eyes Group stand behind their company policy then I should not have been allowed to leave the Elmsdale store with frames and lenses that look like this. I might add that the nose pads were not adjusted properly as well and the glasses sat out much to far but the girl said, thats the way they are suppose to sit. I was beyond frustrated at the time. Would this all be exceptable for your sister, your mother, your daughter? For any family member? NO! No it wouldnt. Again, all Ive been asking is for the money back for the frayed lenses and the frame. But, now I want my money back for the clip that I bought for the frame from you since I have no use for. (As requested in an email to you, I was not going to ask for the money back from the clip but now thats changed) I have been beyond patient. I developed strong headaches, due to these glasses not sitting right on my face. The mental stress from not seeing correctly is extremely frustrating

Significantly more expensive (over $300) than other optical spots. Friend ordered from vogue same day I ordered here. They received their glasses in 9 days. I get a call in 9 days from Eyes in Elmsdake saying they lost our measurements and they have to be redone oh and did I mention they didnt even honour the quote they gave me??? Ended up adding $50 as they calculated wrong??? and !!!!! It will take 4-6 weeks to be ready! Go elsewhere. Update: they decided to cancel my order and advised they were refunding by cheque. It has been two weeks, no cheque received and was not refunded to my card. Filing complaints with BBB and a credit card dispute as they are now saying refund can take 4-6 weeks. That said, went to vogue and had out glasses in 9 days not 4-6 weeks like eyes on elmsdale anyways. Stay away!!!!
