        Was visiting Halifax for a day and dropped by. Great gym well equipped flexible open gym is great feature. Would totally recommend! Megan and John were great hosts and even let me park my RV in their parking lot overnight. Thanks Guys! Till next time..

        Visited CF Renfrew S+C whilst traveling and this gym has it all, Powerlifting, OLY, Strongman & CrossFit. Great environment, friendly and inclusive, you should definitely check it out.

        Everythings going downhill in the era of new ownership at renfrew. Out with the old (strongman, powerlifting, oly lifting) and in with the new (crossfit). The old members feel unwelcome.
