I would be very hesitant to have an installation done by this company. At sales time they are great but they aren't honoring the warranty, doing service or the warranty work. Choose another company.

Completely unprofessional company. I've never seen a company try less hard to close a sale. We were finally approved for a loan to have work done by this company, but after a couple weeks of emails that were ignored by multiple members of their team, we've had enough. We would rather re-start the process with a new company than deal with an organization that cares this little about their clients. If they are this unmotivated to finalize a sale, how motivated are they going to be to fix a problem?

Customer service at this company is a 2 star. due to it being torturous to book service. BUT the technicians deserve a 4 star. The techs are knowledgable, and efficient but unfortunately to get ahold of customer service holds them back. When I can get through to Michelle, I appreciate her always resolving my problems in a timely fashion.

They did a fantastic job installing for myself and my mother in law, then they pulled out of nova Scotia, and it is impossible to get warranty service done when the heat pump breaks.

So I had my heat pump now fir 3 yrs. Got a code 34. So I called Atlantic Heating and cooling. The company who istalled my heat pump with a 10 year warranty on parts and labour. Finally got through to someone the next day. Come to find out 3yrs later, that they also charge a $100 service call fee. Sales person did not explain this. They told me sales person was not aware of this feeand he is no longer with them. Also they only have one technician in N.S right now due to obe quiting. Not a happy client. I now have Twenty Degrees repairing heat pump under warranty.NO FEE!
