Doggy Styles Grooming & Pet Supplies

Repeat customer here; years ago the quality of the grooming was pretty good. However, the past 3 groomings were completely butchered. My now elderly dog was also completely traumatized by her last experience. Wouldnt stop shaking and wasnt herself for days after.

Susan is amazing. My dog was refused grooming by many groomers because he's high strung. My dog was a mess until I called Susan who I knew before as she used to groom my cats. She did an amazing job on my dog and I would never hesitate to recommend her to anyone who has difficulty getting their pets seen to for various reasons. Her prices are fair and she does a great job. We call her the dog whisperer.

I had a appoint for 2 pm She didnt show up until 218 pm my dog wasnt finished until 520pm The place also smells Every time I have gone she is never finished when she said she would be I will not be taking my dog there again And I find her prices very high

Had an awful experience that culminated in the owner threatening libel litigation against me because I posted a negative but truthful review of their business. I have three dogs, two of which went to the daycare and those two became violently ill (bloody diarrhea). The vet that treated them indicated this wasnt the first time this particular bacteria was found in dogs after going to this facility. When I tried to tell Ms Richard about this, she doubled down that its impossible a bacteria found in standing water could be found at her facility. I had actually been in the outdoor back area and saw plenty of standing water Will never do business here again, will not recommend this business to anyone and will not be shy in detailing my experiences to anyone that reaches out to ask.
