Island Shuttle

Id give a 0 if I could and I didnt even go on a shuttle with them. I was calling around for a last minute shuttle to see what was available and I was talking to a man on the phone who, I thought, was very friendly at first. Until he thought I hung up and mocked me along with the other people in the background on me trying to find a shuttle when they were fully booked. Very unprofessional and rude. Also, as if I knew they were fully booked, some shuttles have last minute cancellations so I thought Id call around. As someone who frequently travels, I will never book with them

I have been taking Island Shuttle from Halifax, to visit my parents in Cape Breton for over 14 years. After one disastrous experience on a Greyhound bus, a colleague told me about Island Shuttle. They are the only service I have used since then to get to Cape Breton. They have exceptional service, door to door, which is wonderful (you aren't picked up or dropped off at a hotel or strip mall). Their drivers are wonderful, if you are a nervous car passenger, you won't need to worry. They do not speed nor take unnecessary risks on the highways. I cannot say enough good things about them. Try them once and you will keep using them again.
