        Very poor customer service. Went to buy paint, waited 10 minutes while 2 customer service reps dealt with 1 customer who was very calm. Then after waiting so long they come over to inform me that their paint person is on lunch and I would have to wait over an hour just to get paint mixed. They informed us that there was absolutely no one else available. Extremely poor customer service.

        Always the best of service. When Raymond was there could answer any question on plumbing, saved me many dollars giving me the right parts for my toilet. When we had kitchen leak problem, another clerk even lent us a hacksaw to do the job. When we got wrong parts, happily gave us right ones in exchange.
