Had an appraisal done in September and was told that it shouldnt be a difficult sale. I listed the property at the suggested sale price and havent had one offer even after dropping the price by almost $15,000.00. I dont know if its just a bump in the market or hes out of touch with his appraisal but now Ive been paying a mortgage, heat and winter maintenance on a house I dont live in for over 6 months now! Not really satisfied with the service at this point.

Very satisfied with the appraisal. I found the fee quite reasonable, the report comprehensive and I believe it to be very accurate. I would definitely recommend.
