Booked an oil change for my truck approximately two weeks ago. This truck is very busy and I had to cancel 2 previous appointments. Brought the truck in today for its oil change appointment and they only had one litre of oil. 5W20 synthetic. I was given the option to buy a jug of oil for ~$189 or go buy the oil somewhere else and bring it back to them. Jug holds approximately 20 litres of oil, I need 9. This is absolutely the worst Ive ever experienced in a repair shop, ever. Why was it my responsibility to bring them the oil that I was paying them to have in stock? How can you run out of 5W20 oil, its quite possibly the most popular grade of oil used today. I canceled my oil change and my undercoating appointment for my car, and I will not be back. Ive watched this store get steadily worse ever since the Ken Rice days, and its not looking like its going to get better.

Staff is usually friendly and store always seems neat and orderly.

Hard to find what you want / looking for. This is a small store. A lot of times website says that there is an item in stock but staff can't find it.

Went here to pick up paint and supplies the lady in this (I'm afraid I don't know her name)she previously worked at the home hardware in GB , she was very knowledgeable and helpful and did both businesses proud. Thank you for the excellent service.
