Buyer beware - listing descriptions are misleading and they do not stand behind their items even when completely misrepresented. Instead, they blame the customer and state all kinds of disclaimers that are no where to be found on their website or in the listing. If you are looking for honesty in regards to listings, you may not find it here so be willing to accept what you get might not be as described or junk. In my case, I bought a model Porsche that was a FM radio. The entirety of the listing description was: "A fantastic FM radio in the form of a silver Porsche 911. Please see photos for details and condition." There were good pictures of the item - that was it, no disclaimers or anything else. To me, anything listed as "Fantastic" would be in working condition. Well I got it home and to my surprise, it does not work. They do state all sales are final, however this was purchased under false pretense given their listing description. I contacted them and Mel then went into great detail that they don't test anything and that buyers need to assume nothing works and if you need to to, you need to call and have them test it ahead of time. She said assume everything doesn't work unless they state it does in the listing (I still don't know how a FM radio can be "fantastic" if it doesn't work? On that note, this appears to not be accurate either as I bought a vintage radio from them before for parts and it was clearly stated in their listing as not working. The only solution offered was they would try to resell it for me to some other sucker or I could sell it myself on Facebook. I hope this review helps other potential buyers. It is a real shame as this has the potential to be a cool business, and I'd like to support local, but not when they operate like this. Buyer beware!
