AvisBudget Air Ticket

Very short walk from baggage claim. Well staffed and very friendly, and very willing to help. We ran into an issue with our reservation which was done by a 3rd party, but they worked quickly to resolve it, and get us on our way. Absolutely no issues so far

I booked the car for 9am for 2 days for $475, no they are not cheap. I landed at 7am and waited 2 hours on airport to get the car at 9am (which I was told is near the baggage area) lol, its not even close, you need to go all the way to the next building, can you specify and explain when we are booking so we know where to go?. At last I reached the kiosk of Budget, waited in line forever (though there was only 1 person ahead of me), I was hungry, sleepless, waiting to get the car and attend my meetings, and guess what? They do not accept Visa Tap and neither do they put Visa manually. Luckily I was carrying one Credit card but unfortunately my Visa chip was not working so they refused to give me my booked rental (again they should have specified so we can carry our credit cards while travelling, who carries cards nowadays since we have the tap system?). I had to call TD to resolve this issue, After one hour talk between my (very helpful TD Manager) and very unhelpful Budget Manager Chris and the lady that works there grumbly and with not so welcoming faces gave me a car by 10.15 am and they did not bother to tell me many things regarding roadsite assistance, tire puncture, etc. that they preferred to tell the person ahead of me as I was listening. Also they want you to fill the gas from their own specific gas station otherwise they charge you $3.75 (I think) per litre extra, so be careful there. Bad experience.
