Be aware when hiking in winter months that although it is advertised as open year round, they do not appear to plow the road into parking lot. Unless you have an all-terrain 4x4 it is not drivable during higher snow season. I choose to hike from the main road to parking lot and its not too long (2km each way) but the snow was knee deep. May require snowshoes.

Playground: None. Restrooms: Outhouse at the parking lot only. Clean and adequate. Dog-friendliness: A bit treacherous if your dog is used to sidewalks and groomed parks. Picnic area: At the parking lot entrance only.

One of two peaceful trails through woodland, past an old black settler and Mikma settlement, along the rocky shore of the Bay of Fundy, on past an inlet waterfall tumbling down a steep cliff, then up along and crisscrossing a rushing stream lined with moss and ferns, and further up a wooded embankment and gradually back to your car. Not accessible to those with mobility issues despite some limited boardwalks.
