Chris counseled me after a series of medical issues left me debilitated, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually too.
After chatting with him remotely (I'm in the States), I was awakened to a different mindset when it comes to connecting my history of past trauma to the physical symptoms I experience today.
Through a series of thought exercises, Chris taught me how to overcome lingering stress related to the trauma, and localize the current pain within me, in order to heal myself organically.
I don't want to give anything away, so instead I will advocate that anyone reading this in search of a greater state of *being* should link up with Chris asap!!!
