We moved out a few months ago and there were more than six Indians living in the 2b room next door to us. Not racist, but they were just too loud. No idea if it is illegal.

Stayed in one of the townhouses for a short term rental. Building was reasonably quiet. Staff was friendly and responsive. Wouldn't hesitate to live here permanently.

Maintenance is slake. They give you the run around and takes days and weeks to get things done. We informed them of a blocked toilet and shower on Thursday morning 8am and at 10am Friday we got an email that they will come on Monday. Changing a light bulb in the kitchen fan took over a year. A leak from the ceiling also took a few weeks to deal with during winter. We have to stay with unusable shower for a few days and both have disabilities that prevent us from using the other bathtub. Their communication is terrible, you have to chase after them and then don't answer the phone so that they dont deal with you. So if prompt maintenance is important to you, look for another building management company. But maybe they are all the same in nova scotia..

I lived her for 2.5 years with my wife and son. We were very happy here, its a great building with excellent units. The building managers (Linda and Wayne) are amazing, helpful, effective, and very friendly people. It was a pleasure having them as our managers and we will miss living there!

We stayed with family for over two years. Great apartment, we were sad to leave, great location, very clean building, and above all, our resident managers (Linda and Wayne) are the best managers I have come across - very professional, nice and welcoming. Great place to stay at for sure.
