        Bedford shop temporarily closed, without any notification? What about the money I deposited? Can I use it at downtown store? Your phone number is always out of service! Its really a frustrating experience, wont recommend to others.

        They have only one staff on duty and takes so long to wait at the cash even with one customer ahead of you. They have members price and regular price and almost forces you to buy a membership. It is a store credit and you can go back to spend it on your members card. However, the regular price looks too high and the members price should be the regular price. It is kind of a turn-off to have that if you are just visiting the city and casually walk in and shop. There was something very stinky at the corner of the storecould not identify it but I wonder if they could get rid of it. Although Google map shows Japanese grocery, they mainly carry Chinese grocery and snack.
