        Brought my Volvo in for a hatch replacement at my correct appointment time, 24hrs hater had received no update so I called, and it took 3 hours to get someone to answer the phone. They told me that they didn't have the parts and for some reason still kept my car for 24hrs and hadn't called to tell me let alone told me before I bothered bringing the car in. Was then told she would let me know the next day what was happening, never received a call and have been trying to get ahold of them for a week as they still have my car and they know I do not live near this dealership to just stop in. Worst customer service I have ever received at an auto repair shop. Service: Body & Trim
