Hats off to Meghan and the employees for trying to find out if the water leak in my vehicle was from windshield installed 6 years earlier, when this location was Apple Auto Glass. Recently had my car broke into. The staff at speedy auto were very friendly and helpful. They made a very stressful situation less stress full. A special shout out to Rhonda. She was really kind. Had a smile on her face the whole time. The staff there vacuumed the glass and did an amazing job at covering my window before the weather we expecting. Received a phone call from a lady named Michelle, stating they need my Vin because they cannot verify if they have the glass for my 2015 Ford F150. Because I am at work and I dont have the van I wasnt able to get it right away then I get asked from my booked online appointment where I filled out all the information to go from 3 PM to an earlier time because it takes 2 1/2 hours for them to install windshield. Absolutely disgusting! Why are you taking appointments at 3 PM if it takes you longer to install the windshield. Because you do not have people to interact with when I called I was put on hold for almost 10 minutes, so then I went online to book the appointment which does not give me the option to talk to anyone only to find out that Im going to cause them to be late and they dont know whether or not they have my windshield. I will not be giving my business to speedy auto glass.

Fast and effective service in replacing my windshield. Be wary of the upselling speedy does with wipers and air filters and the quality of those other services. After removing and checking my cabin air filter without telling me, a piece of paper made it into my blower motor. Moreover, because they removed the glove box some contents were left in the cabin. Luckily, I had the ability to fix the issue myself but the average person may not be. Check your cars hvac system before leaving this location. Service: Auto side window replacement
