        I would not recommend this banking service to anyone ever.

        Can't even call the branch to talk to someone there about something specific to the branch. They expect you to call into the call centre to have the call centre rep guess at the answer themselves. So convenient, I have to drive to the branch to ask the question in person. Then the line is always long at the branch, so it's not as if freeing up the phones even helps.
