Decent and friendly staff, and a welcoming location. The folks here have always treated me well and been communicative and helpful with whatever issue I've had to deal with. Individuals who have assisted me were clear, concise, and made excellent conversation as we worked through the specifics. If you need a place to store your coin, this is as good a place as any. :)

I paid the office a visit this morning. I wanted to open an account. I didn't like the way the teller talked to me. She made prejudices statement & questions about me. Ex 1: Are you new to Canada ? Ex 2: I can tell that you have an ascent.................................................................. . I don't recall her name but she is a Caucasian woman with dental braces. She has bad attitude. I lost interest in opening the account.
