I've been coming here since I came to Halifax in 2020. The first time I came here it was great I enjoyed the experience. I was a walkin. 2 days ago I walked in with my roommate, and made an appointment with the person on duty. This person was busy and was only able to write my name and phone number down on a small post-it and confirmed with me three times verbally a 10:00 a.m. appointment for Saturday. I showed up 2 minutes early on Saturday to a person working with a surprised look on her face when I told her my name. They could not find my name in their booking. There seems to be a small panic but I waited to see what would happen. After waiting about 15 minutes I watch two other customers come into the business one of which went straight back to her appointment. The other claimed he was early and sat and waited. The one person I saw up front working finished the haircut she was working on, cashed the gentleman out, and then proceeded to look in a book for information and their phone. Then they asked me my name and phone number and I realized in this moment that I was about to be rushed through a haircut because I was not in the books. I chose not to get a haircut today from this company because I was not in the books, and I did not want to chance a rushed haircut for a mistake. I care about my hair I know it grows back but I don't feel like waiting for a mistake to grow back. Before leaving I explained the entire situation to the person up front, and also explained that it's very bad for business to confirm an appointment with somebody and then not be able to fulfill that appointment. This company just wasted 27 minutes of my time on a very busy Saturday morning and now I am not able to get a haircut in time for an important event I have today at noon. I will no longer go to this business due to this mess up. When you waste someone's time, which is the most precious commodity, you ruin a whole day. Service: Hairstyling

Jennifer is the best. I am not sure how I was missing this out so far. Such a great soul with so much patience. Explained every single detail about styling, did my keratin with so much patience and efforts. Love that. Will be definitely back :) Thank you Jen!

Jennifer was amazing! She was quite knowledgeable with hair and was keen in paying attention to detail throughout the process. She made sure I was comfortable at all times throughout the 2 hour session, and was friendly to converse with! W Will definitely be back Service: Perms
