        This system is a joke. I either talk with someone extremely helpful, or just down right rude. The process of changing your name takes upwards of a year. Started my process in March of 2022, and it is now March 2023. They mailed it off 2 weeks ago, but it still hasnt arrived in the mail yet and all I was given well thats not our problem.

        I visited today vital statistics to get birth certificate for my newborn because of travel reasons. Over the phone call operator told us that it would take 4 months to get the baby registered. When I visited their office, a lady employee assisted me. She provided with the birth certificate in less than 20 mins. That is phenomenal service. Thank you and keep up the great service!
