Tried out the boxing 101 workout this morning and it was amazing! Motivating and respectful instructor who taught the basics while giving us a kick butt workout. Ive been consistently impressed with the instructors and programs both at the hfx and dartmouth gyms. Highly recommend.

Lot of fun great workout. I've been going because cardio days at the gym were boring. This is great cardio and much more engaging.
