Terrible service, rude staff, over charged by $300 took hours of circular phone calls to try and get money back. Rented a car from Hertz/Thrifty/Dollar through the Steele Chevrolet (see THAT review too) dealership for repairs on my truck. Got the $40/day price from dealership plus $200 refundable damage deposit. Was charged $522 the next morning and have spent 2 hours working through rude associates, unhelpful automated answering services and the United States to get nothing back so far.

avoid at all cost, booking gets rejected with provided reason, even their customer service advised to book with another company

Not sure if we got lucky or if people are just less likely to leave a positive review about a car rental place, but it was a super smooth experience for us and the staff were really friendly and not pushy with extra insurance, etc.

Rented a car for one day to drive to our destination (straight drive, no side trips and was parked overnight to an open parking lot at our hotel -- no problem, nothing that could have gotten our attention for any sort of damage). Paid $48.50 for the rental, returned it to their lot the next day, and dropped the keys to their box inside Westin as there were no staff to assist or accept return. I was then e-mailed about a front bumper scratch/paint chip crack and was asked to pay $1191.08. When I asked them for time-stamped photos, they provided photos like the picture below without any time stamps and proceeded to give me documents of the damage cost estimates. Great price for a rental car but not worth the headache afterwards. Please read all the other comments and do your due diligence before accepting any vehicle agreement!
