        Terrible customer service worst shopping experience ever. I purchased a gift card and when i went to double check the balance of the gift card it was zero. No one in store could explain it. They refused to refund the money. The customer number that they give is for customer service representatives in the USA unprofessional and unhelpful. I have had to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to possibly have this issue resolved. Its a ripoff

        Customer services is very bad. I went today to that branch to buy some staff to my some . When I tried to ask question to get help She pretend that she dont hear me and not see me waving to her. I raises up my voice to hear me.when I ask her to help me she said that what we have. So I go and tried to look for what I need by myself. When I go to check out she was very tough and rude. I know the staff in that branch dont help customer but that person I cant define if She is rude or racist.
