In a time where it seems everyone needs to cheat their fellow man to get ahead and any professional you hire costs you your first born, I felt very lucky to have stumbled across Black Magic. I have hired other companies in the past for repairs and cleaning on chimneys and was always less than impressed at the professionalism and value. This time I went with Black Magic and I can honestly say it was the most straight forward and efficient professional work I have hired in a long while. Everything was arranged over the phone and the lady I spoke with was friendly and knowledgable. Work got done quickly, was good quality and at a reasonable cost to boot. (Where do you find that nowadays). Communication was also stellar and I knew exactly when they were coming to do the work and how long it should take. Can't say enough good things to be honest.
