        Ive been eating here since I was a kid in the 80s! Silver Dragon is a staple of the north end and the last OG. I love the chicken balls and almond guy ding is the best! When other restaurants now give smaller portions since covid inflation, Silver Dragon still gives a huge filling combo :) For the people from Ontario complaining about the weird egg rolls, you sound dumb because this is how theyre made in Halifax. Every Chinese-Canadian restaurant in the province makes them this way (meat paste) and we LOVE it. Before you leave a bad review, consider that you dont have a clue what youre talking about, this isnt Scarborough.

        The customer service was phenomenal. The place is cozy and nostalgic, and the food is extremely delicious!! Feels like a movie set. As a person who worked in a neighbourhood staple- I know one when I see one. And this is it. Run dont walk! Come on over!
