The young guy working the counter needs training on good customer service. Other employee who usually works here is great in handling Canada Post pickups - this guy was not. Made me go through everyone else's packages to find mine and, instead of bringing the little machine to me, made me hoist up the bulky 20 lb package so he could scan it. Otherwise polite enough, just lacks proper training.

There is an employee (/I think it is the store owner) who refuses to wear a mask. I have been in the store on multiple occasions since masking was required and have not once seen him masked. I called the police to report him and he lied to them on the phone and said it was an accident and he had forgotten, which was clearly not the case as the next time I went in the store he was again unmasked.
