I had submitted a order through uber eats and had cancelled due to me leaving address for delivery time. Cancelling fee this third party still had charged me "100%" for "packaging" non perishable items. Are you kidding me, 2 minutes of your time to pack in a bag and then another 2 minutes tonreahelve the items and charge me completely. The company "Snacko" should be called "Thievo's". Especially when they're sketchy enough not to provide a contact info under their company and no system for assistance to contact that particular company. You guys are rip offs - and are thieves. If not, uber eats is. But not giving any contact information makes me lenient it's all snacks doing. Word of advice, stop ripping people off or upgrade your system on how to deal with customer service with the lack of info and confidentially. I feel the right to show you the receipt when I arrive at your arrest and pick up the items for no charge, thieves.
