        Dr. Mader is a good doctor, but her reception has issues. Don't even think about calling the office less than an hour before closing time. You will not get an answer. In fact, I heard someone pick up the phone and then hang up immediately just so I would be sent to voice-mail. Thanks, secretaries.

        Appointments are often way too far apart. A two-week wait is normal. This is unacceptable when dealing with some medical issues. Also, I'm now expected to communicate with them through their Pomelo system. Rarely now do I ever get to speak with a human being. So, the whole process is very cold. I also find that she sometimes has to be pushed to follow through with certain medical issues. My previous doctor would examine me, and automatically make follow-up appointments with specialists or with her. With Dr Mader, I find I have to push for that.
