        I phoned to see if my 10.5 year old could take my appointment that was scheduled for the next day as she had a high fever for almost a week and didnt seem to be improving. Rhonita was an absolute delight and switched the appointment no problem. She listened to my worries as a mom and made me feel validated. The attention and care we received during my daughters appointment was top notch. While our health care system is in crisis, I just want to acknowledge how grateful I am to the NECHC and their incredible staff.
