Today at the Scotia square location I was treated with so much respect. I have been trying to fix a name error on my cell phone account for over 5 years. The associate Kari (sp) was fantastic and cleared up something that was hurtful to me as a trans person in less then 15 mins. Trying to fix a name and gender error is extremely troublesome in NS, and more so if you add being a person of colour . In past attempts I have been treated terrible, accused of fraud, had the gender and name switched without my knowing. I applaud this person for looking past so many preconceived misconceptions and treating me like an actual person. Source you should be proud of your staff.

Karl was amazing and great to work with. They were happy to help and made the experience pleasant. I love talking yo people who come to work human instead of pushy sales esque.
