        Today at the Scotia square location I was treated with so much respect. I have been trying to fix a name error on my cell phone account for over 5 years. The associate Kari (sp) was fantastic and cleared up something that was hurtful to me as a trans person in less then 15 mins. Trying to fix a name and gender error is extremely troublesome in NS, and more so if you add being a person of colour . In past attempts I have been treated terrible, accused of fraud, had the gender and name switched without my knowing. I applaud this person for looking past so many preconceived misconceptions and treating me like an actual person. Source you should be proud of your staff.
