The service was a bad by our first helper and then I met Sapath who really was great. Honest polite and new everything my wife needed to buy our new laptop. Sarath knows his product and takes his time to make sure this retired couple got what they needed.

Might as well order online with all the help theyre able to provide. Was looking for a lightening to USB-A charger and was shown everything but. Was finally handed a product that was USB-A to USB-C. Not worth your time.

I bought a TV about 6 weeks ago. I exchanged it for a different model. No hassle. Very professional. I was treated well. Friendly service. No complaints. I will recommend Best Buy to others.

They NEVER answer their phone. Employees in store are nice and helpful though. Returns/ exchanges are easy.

Just wanted to give a shout-out to the helpful employees there. Was getting a new phone and it took a lot of their time to help me, they were still friendly despite the long process! Someone even offered me a chocolate egg! The store was also clean. The only thing is I wish we knew what ID we needed to bring before coming
