My experience working with Kelly Services was 10/10, I highly recommend this company. Marisa MacLellan was my first personal contact and she had my interests at heart from the beginning, she really understood where I wanted to go career wise and helped me secure a job I loved. Amanda McNutt was great too checking in with me as I began my new role and making sure I knew they were all there for me if I needed them for anything. My experience with Kelly Services has been awesome so far . I got a very good placement soon after my interview. Marisa has been very supportive from the get go doing check in periodically to find out how I'm doing. It give me a feeling of being apart of a family

I've been with Kelly's for over a year and it has been a good experience. I originally interviewed for a specific project, but unfortunately that project got delayed and then cancelled (not the fault of Kelly's) and was offered a similar position in the same project. Employment agencies can sometimes have a bad reputation but I have found that Kelly's is a great employer and pay is relative to the project you're working on. Not all companies give the option to apply directly for entry level positions and sometimes use agencies like Kelly's to help fill those spots, so there is a great benefit to working for an agency like Kellys.

They tell you what you want to hear over the phone to get you in the door (sales people) and the way they communicate is that they already have the "right job for you" and "if: you don;t get that job they supposedly have others.. Also they supposedly let you know by the end of the week, Many of there questions asking did you apply for a job here and there and why didn't you get that job instead of themselves getting you that job or another one,, after all they are an employment agency. Hence why I came to them, they seem very negative in their questions. Avoid this employment agency and go apply directly to the employer where you cut out the "middle man or woman" and get paid better and sooner access to the employer's benefit plans, Now days you do not need an employment agency with the internet, social media (Linked In, Glassdoor, Facebook, etc). I wasted my time, gas/mileage, parking and false hopes. AVOID KELLY SERVICES AND OTHER EMPLOYMENT AGENCIES.

Great place to work, professional team, always checking in to see if you are comfortable with your assignment. Would recommend Kelly's to anyone looking for short or long term work
