Came on here to look at other reviews to see if I was alone in my TERRIBLE experiences at this clinic - and I see that I am not. Great doctors, terrible reception staff, so unhelpful, unclear and misleading with every answer to your questions. Rude and unpleasant to your face. Truly never have dealt with such terrible service at a medical clinic of all places...

Dr. Segun is a very conscientious doctor. Very thorough in his approach and would explain and clarify to you as he attends to you.

Awful Customer Service. They need to train and/or investigate their front desk communications practices. Sounds dismissive and angry attitudes toward patients. The last thing you wanna hear after trying to get a hold of your doctor and you are in severe pain but you dont want to go to the already stressed emergency, is an education lesson from a clinic that says walk-in on Google. It doesnt seem like Im the only one who had a bad customer service experience with them..
