Although this location is larger than the one that we have locally by a substantial amount, I found the selection to be lacking. I can go to my local marks and find many clothes in my size and a large clearance section of both shoes and clothing in my size. Unfortunately this location only has clothing for smaller people. I was relatively shocked that they didn't carry anything in my size considering the local store does

I was able to find what I was looking for. Some items in the store were not on the website so I would have missed them if I didn't go into the store.

All I wanted to do is exchange one of the shoes. "Oh no we don't do that" I was told. I never had a problem exchanging one of the shoes if the other one feels good when they have the same size in stock. I get that these are cheap gardening shoes but just look at the quality they sell. I requested a refund after the manager dropped the new pair of shoes on the counter. She claims they slipped out of her hand. Customers are going to inconvenience you! Do you think you are there just to chat to other employees?
