All Dressed Up

Worst service and staff ever. Selfish for the sale of size 14 dress on a size 4-6 person. Stated the dress had to be chosen fr in stock and the dresses were 2020 stock at full price. The price is not my concern its the ignorance of the staff to make a sale regardless if the seamstress could resize it or not. I didnt know this until after the final sale! I will never go back, they dont deserve the business.

Went with my daughter yesterday and all the girls that were working today went above and beyond to make sure that all the young ladies trying dresses on felt like queens. My daughter not only didnt want to go shopping but didnt want to go to prom. We made a appointment the night before just to see if shed even look. She was assigned with Cassie and that girl worked her magic, she made her feel comfortable and was so patient. We left to look around at a couple other stores, and nowhere compared to the customer service at All Dreesed Up . We called back to ask if it was possible to stop back by to retry a dress on, they gave us a time we went back and all the girls working cheered her on, let her try it back on. And we left with the perfect, most stunning dress and a kid that actually wants to go to prom now. Thank you ladies, you have no idea how much this means to this momma !!!!
