Willman's Fish & Chips

Great neighbourhood fish n' chips place! The fish is fresh and you can order the light batter which helps reduce the bad fats! Also, order the homemade tartar sauce - it's great with the fish. The homemade coleslaw is very good, too. I'd like to add that I've recently been ordering their seafood chowder which comes with a very fresh homemade white roll. It's a good, quick and very tasty meal. For those not into fish n' chips or other deep-fried foods, and want a healthier meal, I highly recommend their very delicious falafel. Another big plus is that the owner is very friendly & kind.

My dad loved the fish and chips here when he was young. 50 plus years later, he took me there in 2019 and the fish and chips are just as delicious as ever. Thanks to the new ownership for continuing the tradition. Best fish and chips in Halifax.
