Floors Plus

Bought auto window coverings through their representative and had nothing but problems, took months-one year to get it right. Multiple installers until finally one did it right. Not much time passed and I had requested someone just come by to show me how to set the blind height (instructions are terrible, makes no sense) and the same rep who did a terrible job told me you know theres a fee. So let me get this straight? You mess up half a dozen times, send untrained workers to do a poor job, which causes me to spend my days off (for days and days)and when i need 10 min of your time, you want to charge? Word to the wise, do not do business with their commercial window covering representative. Once he has your money, you will be an afterthought.

Excellent customer service at Floors Plus in Bayer's Lake, Halifax! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. A wide selection of products. Professional installers. Couldn't ask for more! :)

My wife and I went to many flooring places, but settled on an Everwood floor from Floors Plus in Bayers lake Halifax. We had a few issues getting the floor(not Floors Plus fault) James went out of his way to keep checking on the progress and keeping us informed. On his day off, Paul also helped us out. Big thanks to Paul the manager at the Bayers Lake Store. No matter how big or small our flooring job Paul was always helpful. He was the main reason we chose Floors Plus. Much appreciated for all the help and time he gave us.
