        Beautiful rose and gift package for valentines day. I picked up my order but the staff insisted on providing store credit or refund for the delivery cost. Very polite and professional staff. I'll be in again soon for my next order, thanks so much Twisted Willow!

        Well I am super impressed. I live in the Uk and my friend in Halifax. It was her birthday today so I ordered some flowers for her. They were so communicative, got in touch when they couldnt get hold of her (I gave them the wrong number ), then the delivery guy carried them to her apartment as she has a new born. The flowers are gorgeous and she is delighted. Thanks so much
