        Merchant tried to charge me $7 sales tax on a $21 bill, did not apologize when I pointed out the mistake. Building is not heated.

        Over the years we have had numerous business dealings at Metro Food Equipment. We have found the owner to be fair and reasonable in all our dealings. If we purchased an item that turned out to be faulty or did not serve our purpose then we were able to return the item for full refund.
