        Emera is a crooked company taking advantage of Nova Scotians through our stupid government allowing them to privatize and monopolies an essential service since 1992.

        If I had the option to purchase a societal need from anyone else, I would. Monopolization is the only reason they're still in business.

        As residents of rural Nova Scotia for 4 years, we're extremely disappointed by the frequent outages and with the inconsistent power capacity between the HRM and Southwest Nova. We need a provincial utility that provides power equally and consistently to this beleaguered province.
