        At the beginning you feel a tickle in your throat but after that goes away, it's such an enjoyable, calming experience. I had the best sleep that night and my allergies didn't seem to be as bad after the experience. I will say though, getting to the spa was very challenging. Google maps did not go to the right spot. Please be sure to go to Six Fifty North. It is the apartment complex, the salt room is in this apartment complex lobby.

        The Salt Room is so relaxing you lay back in a lazy Boy Chair and relaxing music this is my favorite thing to do. Lots of health benefits everybody should try it.
