Superline Fuels

Had furnace noise issues (a very old boiler furnace they had serviced annually prior to me having purchased the home). Called Monday AM and office was wonderful. Casey, the tech, was at my door within an hour after having called the office. He diagnosed the issue, had the part he needed already in his bag (didnt even have to go to his truck!), fixed it with a smile, oiled some other parts just in case (which I appreciated !!) and gave some great recommendations - in and out within an hour. 5/5 from me! Pathetic. Absolutely horrible customer service. They "accidentally" filled my girlfriends oil tank this winter. She asked they take the oil out and they told her that wasn't possible. Now she is facing a 350 dollar bill going to collections. When I called to ask about it they said "we would have taken it back"

My wife got a $100.00 coupon on FB. Little mix up on the delivery date, but they came the next day. Heating oil is a commodity, they all have the big truck with long hose. Put a civic number on your house, and the same on your oil tank, if needed. My other oil guy didn't give me jack, why wouldn't I call you again?

I had 3 options for heating fuel and decided to go with superline. Everything has been great so far and the guy I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. What pushed me to make this review is how the delivery guy went out of his way to maneuver around my hedges to not damage them during delivery. I saw this via my outdoor camera while watching from work, that was much appreciated.

Worst customer service ever! They are accusing the customer with using other companies oil. I will never use their service again.
