Yeadon Cemetery

Old cemetery that has been here for many years. For a long time no one could see this cemetery because the woods had over grow the entire area. Once the church and an apartment building went up the area was cleared of the trees. There are many names on the granite pillars that hold up the sign. They have names of the Stonemen and Quarrymen of Spryfield that helped to build Halifax, who were part of the Yeadon family. I was not able to get a good picture of the names on granite pillars. I believe this location is maintained by the Municipality of HRM
