Would totally exchange briefcases while wearing a trench coat and sunglasses here.

Very atmospheric and highly valued part of the city's history and pleasantly lit. Makes for a great addition to your "taking-in-the-city's-waterfront" kind of stroll. Some of the few freely accessible pedestrian infrastructure. One thing though, like a few blocks away there's a gushing sewer that stinks to high heaven and I swear it's like rotten meat or something, it was so nasty. I can't rate the sewer on google maps, and I don't want to tarnish the reputation of this cool tunnel so, 5 stars. Thanks :)
